Rules & procedures

Living in a physically close community comes with its challenges. We have established guidelines to promote harmony. 

There are legislative Model Rules that apply to all apartment blocks and specific rules for our building outlined in our subdivision plan. Additionally, we have approved procedures to address issues that fall outside these rules. Extra information is available at the Consumer Affairs site.

These guidelines are designed to ensure everyone can enjoy their homes peacefully.
