Here is a brief summary of how the building is managed. Basically, the Owners Corporation is responsible for the common property and management of the building. The daily tasks are performed by our strata manager at the direction of the OC.
The Owners Corporation is made up of owners attending the Annual General Meeting (arranged through Keystone). The committee members and the chair are elected at this meeting for the following financial year.
We also have sub-committees to work on special projects.

Most apartments have AC units with the external module either on Ground level, or on the roof. If you need to replace the unit, our electrician has advised that the diameter of the embedded pipes and the distance between indoor and outdoor units needs to be considered.
