The Owners Corporation is responsible for common property, for example, cleaning routines, the garage doors and the lift. If an issue relates to a lot (apartment), then the lot owner is responsible. For example, a water leak originating within a lot, or electrical issue within an apartment.
Below are contact details for our suppliers and some information about some services. Please try simple trouble shooting first when safe to do so, or, if possible, wait for regular business hours.
Some trades put their contact detail stickers near equipment around the building, but these are not always our preferred trades.
