Electical shut off is from the switchboard in each apartment. Main isolator should be labelled. Building shut off is in B2.

Gas and water shut off is in meter cupboard on each floor. Water valves have tags showing apartment number. Gas valve is high up in cupboard, but there is also a valve in apartment kitchen in cupboard near stove top.

Air conditioners Most of the apartments are fitted with split-system air conditioners. The external units are on the ground floor (for lvl 1-3) and on the roof (for lvl 4-6), with the power connected to each apartment switchboard.

If you get a "filter" message on your AC controller, the filters can be pulled out for vacuuming. The original "Mr Slim" units are still running in many of our apartments. 

Safety systems are maintained by Link Fire. This includes emergency lighting, fire panel, hydrant pump, door seals, extinguishers and fire hoses.
