Here are some resources to help you settle in.
The garage doors are operated using the PalGate app and are controlled using your phone's Bluetooth. Install the app and complete the basic setup. Complete this Registration Form to add your mobile number. Repeat if there are multiple residents.
Find the app on the Android or iTunes store by searching on "PalGate". More info is available at the PalGate site.

Electricity. We have an embedded electrical network contracted with SUPA energy (previously b.energy). For electricity you will need to set up your connection.
Gas. Supply is for stovetops only and this is covered by the Owners Corp.
Internet. A copper-based NBN connection is in the building and many retailers use their network. Gigacomm has their own fibre-based equipment in the building and provide much faster services.
Please contact Keystone to arrange for lift protectors to be put up for your move. One week's notice is required.
If you have lots of moving boxes to get rid of, please crush down or take to the recycle centre in Clifton Hill. Our recycle bins only get emptied every second week. Thank you.
We do not a loading bay, so removalists will need to park in the street and access through the ground floor entrance and share the lift with residents.

The lift is approximately 2.1 m deep, 1.1 m wide and 2.2 m high
The lift door is approximately 0.9 m wide and 2.1 m high
The smoke detectors inside your apartment are stand alone units BUT the detectors in the corridors are monitored by the fire panel, and if smoke is detected, the alarm triggers a call to the fire brigade. If you "burn the toast" or produce smoke in your apartment, do not open the door to the corridor as the fire brigade attendance may carry a cost. Instead, open external windows and doors.
